There is no Specific License required for someone to offer Magic Show Services.

However, there is one important legal requirements for a person working with children. I have my Working With Children Police Check and therefore have met the requirement.

Public Liability Insurance is Required by Children’s Entertainers for Event, Function Centres, Schools etc…

Many places such as schools, libraries, child care centres, and restaurants require a performer to have Public Liability Insurance. Sometimes places only ask for insurance proof a day or two before your event. You don’t have to panic with Paul’s Magic. I have Public Liability Insurance to the value of $30,000,000.
